The core of everything we do
Physiotherapy is our flagship service: a full hour with a licensed therapist, every visit. We combine manual therapy — joint mobilisation, soft-tissue release, dry needling — with progressive exercise dosed like medicine, re-measured every two weeks.
Post-knee-replacement, post-stroke, chronic low-back pain, frozen shoulder, vertigo: if movement is the problem, guided movement is the treatment. Your program includes video home exercises and messaging access to your therapist between visits.

Physiotherapy questions
How is physio different from massage?
Massage relaxes tissue; physiotherapy diagnoses, treats and actively rehabilitates the cause — with measurable strength and mobility targets.
Will treatment be painful?
Some techniques are briefly uncomfortable, but never beyond what you consent to. Most patients leave feeling better than they arrived.
Do you offer dry needling?
Yes, performed by certified therapists for stubborn trigger points, tendon pain and headaches that resist other care.
Can I come after surgery?
Absolutely — post-surgical protocols are our bread and butter. We coordinate directly with your surgeon on precautions and timelines.
