Questions, answered
Everything patients usually ask before their first visit. Still curious? Call us — a human picks up.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can book directly with any of our therapists. If we spot something that needs a physician's eyes, we'll refer you — and send our findings with you.
What happens at the first appointment?
A full hour: your history, movement and strength testing, a clear diagnosis in plain language, your first treatment and a home plan. You'll leave knowing exactly what's wrong and how we'll fix it.
How many sessions will I need?
Most simple strains resolve in 4–6 visits; post-surgical rehab runs 8–12. Your therapist sets milestones at visit one and re-tests every two weeks, so you'll always know where you stand.
Does chiropractic treatment hurt?
Adjustments are quick and most patients feel immediate relief — often described as pressure releasing. We always explain each technique first and adapt to your comfort.
Do you treat work and auto injuries?
Yes. We're experienced with workers' compensation and auto-injury documentation, communicate directly with adjusters, and structure notes to support your claim.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, your ID and insurance card, and any scans or surgical reports. Shorts are helpful for hip, knee and foot issues.
Can I do classes with an injury?
Often yes — that's what the free 20-minute movement screen is for. Instructors modify every exercise, and our clinical classes are designed specifically for recovering bodies.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens — just give us 12 hours' notice and there's no charge. Late cancellations are billed at half the session rate so our therapists' time is respected.
